SCOTT HEREL

G-Force is pleased to be associated with Scott Herel
Scott's interest in model kits began at the age of five, building Aurora
Figures and Drag Racing Cars. By the age of 10, he started seriously
drawing and painting Nitro Funny Cars. This led to experiments with color
painting on canvas using traditional tools and brushes, creating some
amazing works of art.
In 1986 his lifelong dream to design and paint a REAL Funny Car came true.
"Bullet" Bob Floch and his charming wife Cathie, commissioned Scott to
design the "Bullet Bob" Funny Car. After receiving encouragement and
compliments, Scott decided to open up his own custom paint shop for
motorcycles and small vehicles.
In 1990 Scott came across his first Garage kit the "Billiken Predator", and
then he was hooked. Since then Scott has worked as a computer artist and
is currently freelancing in Toronto with several FX companies, painting
props used for TV shows and commercials.
In 1998, Scott turned his artistic abilities towards sculpting and produced
the "Raised by the Demons" kit for G-Force. Although this was his first
official attempt at sculpting, "Raised by the Dem
ons" is G-Force's most
popular kit to date.
Custom model kits painted by Scott are shipped all over the world.
Some of
his works include Nina Dolono in Gillman Suit, Tony McVey's Gargoyle bust,
Falcion's Iria, Nagal's T-2 Arnie with Roses and many more.
